I am a native of the Triad area and I have 20 years of mortgage experience which includes the many facets of the mortgage process. I began as a loan processor and after several years with a local Triad lender, I eventually became an officer and a vice president while managing the underwriting department. My ultimate goal was to became a loan officer and I am in my ninth year of originating. I am involved in the mortgage industry, the local real estate and builder associations, as well as local grant programs, as it is very important to me to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the real estate mortgage industries.

In previous years, specifically 2007 and 2008, I was was presented with the Top Loan Officer of the Year award for my first-time homebuyer loan production volume, by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. These honors were a result of my passion and dedication for first time homebuyers and my involvement in local affordable housing grant programs and Winston-Salem/Forsyth County down-payment programs which promote homeownership. 

I have recently joined Cunningham & Company Mortgage, as the branch manager for their new Winston-Salem branch location.
